“I originally got into the plumbing industry because I like working with my hands, repairing things, and taking care of people’s needs. When I turned 30, I took the plunge and started Cellino Plumbing. When we look for new people to join our team here, the first thing we look for are people with great attitudes, a mechanical background, and also someone I could send to my mom’s house and feel comfortable that they will take care of her needs. We have a great training program here, but it really comes down to getting that right person who enjoys what they are doing each day. My goal is to make sure that we are putting out a great product, as well as providing great service to each customer. The future of Cellino Plumbing Heating & Cooling looks to be phenomenal. I can see it growing into a large company offering great services to our community and also offering great jobs to our employees. It has been an awesome run so far, and I am really looking forward to the future.”
